Indoor heated pool & hot tub
A 25-meter, marked-lane heated pool and hot tub, open year-round. The constant 4 ft depth is perfect for laps and pool walking. Restrooms with showers are right in the pool area.
Outdoor heated pool
Lounge chairs and shaded tables, with a 3–4–5 ft varying depth. Open every year from May through October.
Basketball & pickleball courts
Full-size courts with a lifting divider for separate games or one big one — 6 basketball hoops, 2 pickleball nets with standard markings, and 2 full-size hanging punching bags.
Large multi-purpose room
10 Rogue Monster Rack stations, bumper and change plates, dumbbells 5–150 lb, kettlebells 10–203 lb, barbells, bands, medicine and slam balls, GHDs, hack squat, belt squat and more.
Small multi-purpose room
An all-mirrored room used for classes and small groups — and a semi-private space for individual workouts or stretching.
Spin studio
A blacked-out studio with smart LED lights that change with the music, and Keiser M3 bikes with magnetic resistance and Bluetooth that connects to the free Keiser M Series app.
Strength & cardio area
Nautilus weight-stack, cable and plate-loaded machines, a Smith machine, squat racks, dumbbells 5–100 lb, balance boards, and incline, decline and flat benches.
Cardio for every style
Alpine and standard treadmills, ellipticals, Octanes, lateral ellipticals, recumbent cycles, Concept2 rowers and SkiErgs, TrueForm runners, Rogue AirBikes, VersaClimbers and Keiser bikes.
Elevated walking track
A climate-controlled, rubber-padded track that wraps around the facility above the courts and large room.
Locker rooms & sauna
Men's and women's locker rooms with daily-use lockers, separate showers and a dry sauna.
Private rental lockers
Keep your gear at the gym for a small monthly fee — just bring your own lock.
Safe, well-lit parking
A large, well-lit lot wraps the front and side of the building.
